TIER TEN SPORTS Campus for All Ages

This 3-day camp is designed for girls who will be entering the 4th through 8th grades and will focus on hitting and fielding. This camp will be held indoors, tennis shoes only, and will broke into 2 age groups. Please make sure you attend the correct the session based on age. The 3rd annual Billy Roberts Classic will once again take place at The Owen Valley Sports Complex! This tournament is for age groups 7U 8U 10U & 12U Rec League All-Stars and Single A teams, younger teams may play up in age but cannot play down. This tournament will be a 3 game guarantee, with 2 pool play games on Saturday and a seeded single elimination tournament beginning on Sunday. In the event of a rainout teams will receive a refund only if they have not played a game, once a team's games have started refunds are no longer available. The Dog Days Classic will be a 2 day tournament with a 3-game guarantee, 2 pool play games on Saturday and then a seeded single elimination tournament on Sunday. This is an intermediate level tournament consisting of Rec-League All Star through AA skill level teams. Each age division will have a cutoff birth date of May 1, 2027 which means a player must not age out of their division prior to that date. Each player will be responsible for maintaining proof of age in the event of a team challenging the age of a player. Team entry fee is $250 per team and there will be a daily entry fee for all spectators 12 years and older of $10 per day or $15 for the weekend (spectator entry will be cash only). After registering, please have your team parents download the "League Apps" app for scheduling/standing/results etc. The schedule will be released on Monday the week of the tournament. This is a Tier 10 event that will be hosted at THE OWEN VALLEY SPORTS COMPLEX located at 575 5th AVENUE SPENCER, IN 47460.

The Apple Butter Bash will be a 2-day tournament that will take place the same weekend as Spencer's famous "Apple Butter Festival" with a 3-game guarantee, 2 pool play games on Saturday and then a seeded single elimination tournament on Sunday. We have 3 total batting cages open for personal use and coaching sessions to train your athletes. The rental rate is $25/hour per cage or $60/hour if you rent all 3 at once. We have baseballs, softballs, hitting tees and a pitching machine.

Tier 10 will be hosting its second annual middle school summer basketball league. This league is designed to give middle school basketball teams the opportunity to play organized basketball games in the summer, against other area schools.

Teams must be comprised of student athletes who attended the same middle school this past school year or will be entering into middle school this next year, basically those kids who just completed 6th, 7th or 8th grade. Teams may have mixed grades on the same team but will play in the division of the oldest player or may enter grade specific teams. There will be a boys and a girls league and the goal will be to have grade specific leagues but grade crossover games will be a possibility.

The rules will be a modified version of the IHSAA rules that are commonly used for summer basketball leagues. Teams will register and then an invoice will be sent for registration cost.

This 3-day camp will focus on ball handling skill progression into shooting and finishing off the dribble. This is not an introductory camp; participants should have some experience in basketball and be prepared to be pushed and empowered with drills to continue improving. Dez Stephens is a highly skilled basketball player and trainer from Bloomington who had a very successful high school and collegiate career that resulted in playing professionally overseas. Participants of all positions will learn the importance of valuing the basketball from one of the best point guards to have played in the area. This is a no cost open gym event to come check out what the Hornets travel basketball is all about. The athletes will participate in a training session followed by a series of drills and finish with live playing in age appropriate groups. Parents will have the opportunity to meet the coaches and hear their philosophy and approach to the teams as well as expectations for the players, coaching staff and parents. For anyone who is interested in travel basketball, this is a great way to get exposed to it with no obligations or commitments. When registering, please select the grade your athlete has completed.

This is a school based/ feeder program league. This simply means that all kids on a team must attend a school within the same school corporation that will feed into the same high school, not necessarily attending the same current school but will attend the same high school. This league will have a boy and a girl division and will be separated by grades, 3rd -6th. 1st and 2nd graders are welcome to play but will be participating in the 3rd grade division. If requested, participant's guardians or coach must be able to provide proof of school attended and age to ensure integrity of the league remains intact. Each team will play two games every Sunday at Tier 10 or a school in the Spencer area, to ensure everyone receives two games, some teams may play a team one grade level above or below their registered grade.
